The ‘Song of the Earth’ Solstice Meditation on 21st December was described as ‘light’ by our participants. I would concur to that, being quite familiar with the teaching style of Lady Nada by now – simple, concise, gentle yet intrinsically rich. Lady Nada reiterated the importance to connect with Mother Earth and our body (through the four elements) during this time to ensure a steady and grounded transition to 2017 which begins a new cross-galactic expansionary cycle (read more at FLOURISH Workshop introduction). Lord St. Germain spoke on transmutation and transformation in relation to the vibratory distinctions between 2016 and 2017.

The 2-hour session ended with a group healing filled with joy and appreciation for harmonising the elements in our physical body and strengthening our connection with Gaia through the doorway of the sacred heart. Intentions for 2017 were set and seeded in the core of Mother Earth.
