My spirit guides taught that prayers are statements of strong intent. Since intent is all that is required to create a reality or an experience, a strong clear intent ,such as a prayer, creates magnificiently and magically!

Sound is the primordial vibration that started creation. Genesis records In the beginning,  there is the Word. And the Word is Sound…Therefore using sound to express an intent can be powerful and effective, such as through spoken prayers.

The following are some of the prayers which I have use regularly. It may be a good idea to add them to your collection of healing tools.
